Joe Burro

Joe Burro is the type of mule that you often hear about but never see… until NOW!!! Joe is the most naturally gaited mule that you will find! He gaits like a horse and don’t tell him because he thinks he is one! Joe has no ear shyness or feet issues! He is a John (gelding) standing around 15.2hh and he is 7 years old. Joe has miles and miles of safe travels under his girth and with his experience and knowledge so he’s ready to take lesser experienced riders many more miles! Joe has done it all from camping trips in multiple states to local trails to fun shows. He will flatfoot walk on a loose rein or he can move on out if you ask. He has a smooth and natural gait that anyone will enjoy riding on and he can move out to around 11mph. Joe has been exposed to all kinds of wildlife such as deer or turkey or other animals like cows or dogs and will go anywhere that he is asked too. He has been ridden many miles in the mountains of Eastern Kentucky and encountered every obstacle possible on the trail. He has been ridden in traffic, and is very traffic safe around cars, semi, log, and dump trucks.
